Hello everyone! Hope you haven’t missed me too much! RennyBA and I have been quite busy with the family lately. We are in vacation in Sweden, and my two sons Justin and Kyle are here with their friend Even as well. Plus the last few days we had more family arriving as Renny’s mother, father and sister arrived for their yearly summer visit to us.
For many days now the place has been filled up with love and laughter and family fun! The teens have been spending some time at the golf course, biking, and enjoying the freedom only teens have when they are totally unburdened by the adult world. (More or less anyway).

While the ladies have been to the hair salon, had a pedicure, enjoyed the sites and all of us grown ups had a very good lunch at our favourite café in Lyrestad: Ester’s Café.

Things are now winding down, as Renny’s parents left today, the teens are leaving tomorrow and we will have one day of peace before I have to travel home to work this weekend. This is however my last weekend on the night shift, after this I will be going over to days full time. My vacation isn’t quite over yet either…as you may or may not know we are travelling to France next month!! I am truly looking forward to it!
I’m glad you are almost done working the night shift. Night shifts are very hard on the body. I’ve worked them my fair share of them and I’m glad I don’t have to work nights anymore.

How lovely to be able to join with family on vacation. Mine are far away in UK but I will hopefully see them next year.
